Terms of Use, Sale and Refund Policy
The rules for using itoolers.com, followed by the terms of sale and refund policy for iToolers Pro and Business.

1. About these terms
By using itoolers.com (“we”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. They apply together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
2. Where each tool runs
Every tool runs on your device: your files and text are not sent to a server. The only exceptions are the two tools below, which need our server.
- TikTok downloader: the link you paste is sent to our server, which fetches the public video from TikTok and streams it on to your browser. The file is not stored.
- Short links: we store the destination URL, expiry and link-management data on our server.
3. Acceptable use
You must own, or have the necessary rights to, every file, text and video you process or download with our tools, and you are responsible for how you use the results.
You must not use the service to:
- download, copy or republish content you have no right to, or that its owner does not allow to be downloaded
- try to reach private or login-only content, bulk-harvest content, or bypass quotas
- run phishing, spread malware, send spam, deceive people, or infringe others’ rights (including through short links)
- disrupt or attack the service, or send abnormal automated request volumes
4. Other platforms and rights holders
We are not affiliated with TikTok or any other platform; their names and marks belong to their owners. You must also follow the source platform’s own terms. A downloaded video still belongs to its creator, and using our tool grants you no rights in it.

5. Beta, quotas and changes
Some tools are in beta with daily quotas, and may fail, change or be withdrawn at any time, for example when a source platform changes. We may update these terms; the last-updated date is shown on this page.
6. Suspension and blocking
We may remove or suspend short links, block specific URLs or videos, and restrict access from networks that abuse the service, without prior notice.
7. The site itself
The iToolers name, logo, design and code are ours, except open-source components, which are used under their own licences (see the Licences page). Output you create from your own files is yours.
8. No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for your particular purpose. Output such as converted files may be imperfect, so check it and keep your originals. We do not promise that every video can be downloaded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data, profit or business, arising from using or being unable to use the service. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the event (zero if you use the free tools). Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
You are responsible for the content you process and for any use that infringes others’ rights, and, to the extent the law allows, you will cover loss we suffer from such use.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and disputes go to the courts of Thailand, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights.

12. Seller and what is sold
The seller is the operator of the website itoolers.com (“we”). We sell the right to use additional iToolers features in the browser for the chosen period: Pro 30 days, Pro 1 year and Business 1 year. The price and device count of each plan are shown on the Pro page before you pay. The product is a digital service; nothing is shipped.
All free tools remain free at full quality, with no watermark, one file at a time. Not buying Pro does not reduce what you can already do for free.
13. Price and payment
Prices are in Thai baht and final. The operator is not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is added. Payment is processed by Stripe using the methods shown at checkout, such as card, Apple Pay, Link or PromptPay. We do not receive or store card data. Every plan is a single payment and does not renew or charge again automatically.
PromptPay can confirm more slowly than a card. The licence starts when Stripe confirms the payment. If you have paid but have not received a licence key, do not pay again; contact us with your proof of payment.
14. Licence, duration and devices
The licence starts when the payment is confirmed and lasts for the plan’s period. When it ends, Pro switches off by itself and the tools return to the free level, with no further charge. A licence key works on the number of devices stated for the plan. Do not resell or publish a licence key; we may cancel licences that are shared beyond the device limit.
The licence is kept as a token in your browser. If you clear site data or change device, restore it with your key on the “Restore Pro” page. There is no account and we cannot always recover a lost key, but we can help look it up from proof of payment when you contact us.
Features labelled “planned” on the Pro page are not available at the time of purchase. Today Pro raises the batch size of the image compressor. Features not yet released are not part of what is sold.
15. 7-day refund
You may ask for a full refund within 7 days of the payment date without giving a reason. Email [email protected] with your licence key or proof of payment. We refund the payer through Stripe to the original payment method where that method supports it. How long the money takes to arrive depends on your bank and payment provider.
When a payment is fully refunded or disputed, the licence is cancelled, its key can no longer be restored, and you should stop using Pro features. The site checks your pass in the browser, so it may keep working until the stored token expires; that does not mean you are entitled to keep using it.
After 7 days we are not obliged to refund the period already used, but if something went wrong on our side, such as a duplicate payment or a licence that never arrived, contact us and we will put it right fairly. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights under Thai law.
16. Use and liability
Pro runs in your browser. Results depend on your source files, device and a browser that supports Ed25519 for pass checks (most current browsers do). Always keep your originals. The service is provided as is; to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for that licence, unless the law provides otherwise.
We may change prices for new purchases without affecting licences already bought. Changes to these terms will show a revised date on this page.
