Free · Local calculation

Manual estimate, separate from Books. Inputs stay in this page until you close or reload it. Download CSV to keep a record.

1. Lot details

THB only. Enter reviewed, already converted amounts; no exchange-rate calculation. Do not mix quantity units within one lot.

2. Products in the lot

Purchase amount is the line total before the charges below. Combine the same SKU into one row.

Product 1

3. Charges & evidence

Classify using reviewed evidence. Only “Include in inventory cost” is allocated. Check each charge is not already included in purchase amounts. Recoverable VAT stays separate; leave uncertain charges unclassified.

Duplicate evidence references are checked within this preview only, not against other lots or Books entries.

For different charges on one bill, use a per-charge reference such as INV01#freight and INV01#vat. Keep freight and VAT separate without reusing the same amount.

Charge 1

Next: purchase/receipt links, exchange-rate evidence and confirmed Books cost adjustments. These integrations are still under development.

Cost estimate FAQ

Does this update Books or inventory costs?

No. This is a manual estimate separate from Books. It does not record bills, adjust stock or confirm actual profit. Company, supplier and lot details are manually entered references. Purchase and receipt integration is planned next.

How are charges and residual satang allocated?

Choose quantity or purchase value for each charge. Integer arithmetic assigns residual satang to the largest fractional remainders, with row ID breaking ties. Allocated totals reconcile exactly to source amounts. Unit costs are approximate values rounded to 6 decimal places.

Can I mix currencies or quantity units?

This version accepts THB only. Enter reviewed, already converted purchase values; exchange-rate calculation is not supported yet. All products in a lot must share one quantity unit. Do not combine pieces, boxes and kilograms into one allocation base.

Are unclassified charges included in landed cost?

No. Only charges you classify as inventory cost are allocated. Operating expenses, VAT you have reviewed as recoverable, and unclassified amounts remain separate. Review evidence and classification yourself; the preview does not confirm completeness of actual charges.

Are my inputs saved or synced to the cloud?

This calculator works in this page without saving or syncing cost inputs to the cloud. Closing or reloading clears them. Download CSV before leaving. It includes products, charges, references, allocation bases and estimate status, but cannot yet be imported to resume editing.
