What size must LINE stickers be?
Still stickers: each image at most 370×320 pixels with even width and height, PNG, transparent background, no more than 1 MB each, and about 10 px of space between the trimmed artwork and the image edge. A set holds 8, 16, 24, 32 or 40 images, plus a 240×240 main image and a 96×74 chat icon. Emoji are 180×180 pixels, 8–40 per set. This tool fits your pictures to every one of these rules (checked against LINE's guideline pages on 2026-09-30).
Why are LINE stickers rejected, or why does the upload show an error?
The usual technical causes are an image over 370×320 or with an odd width or height, a background that is not transparent (still white, for example), a count that is not 8/16/24/32/40, wrong file names, a file over 1 MB, or an animation whose frames are all identical. The checker on this page tests each of these before you can download. LINE also reviews the content, copyright and suitability of every sticker itself; this tool cannot check that or guarantee approval.
How do I make a sticker background transparent?
If your drawing sits on one flat colour such as white, choose “Remove a solid background automatically”. The tool finds the background colour from the picture edge and removes only what touches the edge, so the white of the eyes or teeth inside the character stays. Edges are soft with no white fringe. Adjust the tolerance, and fix leftover bits with the erase and restore brushes. No AI is involved and it all runs on your device. For a photo with a busy background, cut it out with another tool first and bring in a transparent PNG.
What are the rules for animated stickers and animated emoji?
They must be APNG files (extension .png) with 5–20 frames, at most 4 seconds in total (loops × length), 1–4 loops, and the frames must not all be identical. Animated stickers are at most 320×270 with one side of at least 270 px, up to 1 MB each, in sets of 8, 16 or 24. Animated emoji are 180×180, up to 300 KB each. This tool converts GIF, APNG or animated WebP files (or several still pictures) into APNG within these rules, speeds the animation up to fit the time limit and reduces colours when a file is too big. It is a Pro feature.
What must the files in the ZIP be called, and where do I upload it?
Stickers are 01.png, 02.png … in order, plus main.png and tab.png. Emoji are 001.png, 002.png … plus tab.png. The tool names the files in the order you arrange them and puts everything at the top level of the ZIP (no folder). Then sign in to LINE Creators Market (creator.line.me), create a new sticker or emoji set, choose the number of images and upload the ZIP, or upload the images one at a time.
Is it free, and what does Pro add?
Free makes still sticker and emoji sets of up to 16 images at full quality, with no watermark and the complete rule checker. iToolers Pro adds sets of 24, 32 and 40 images and animated stickers and emoji (APNG). Everything is still processed on your device with no upload.
Are my pictures uploaded anywhere?
No. Trimming, background removal, resizing and building the ZIP all happen in your browser. Your pictures and file names are not sent to any server, and closing the tab discards everything, so it is safe for artwork you have not published yet.
Is this tool affiliated with LINE?
