Facebook checklist
- Page cover: leave the lower left clear for the profile picture (about 40 px overlap).
- Mobile shows the cover at 2.4:1, so keep text away from the left and right edges.
- The profile picture is cropped to a circle; use "Centre product" for even margins.
- Set a 100 KB target on the cover if you want the fastest load.
Good to know
- Centre product works on a plain solid or transparent background, such as a white sweep. On a real scene or a gradient it pads instead and tells you on the result.
- The size cap lowers JPG/WebP quality only as much as needed; the pixel size never changes. PNG cannot be compressed by quality.
- Your originals are untouched. Results are new files with EXIF and location data left out.
