Choose “Signature”, then draw with a finger or mouse, type your name, or upload a photo of a signature on white paper — the white background is removed for you. Tap where it should go, drag to move and drag the corner to resize. Sign any page, and use “Initials” to initial every page.
Type Thai or English text into the blanks of a form, add today’s date in Thai Buddhist Era or Gregorian format, tick ✓ or cross ✗ boxes, and stamp a “certified true copy” mark. For an ID-card copy with a “for … only” watermark, use the ID card copy watermark tool.
When the PDF has fillable fields, the tool lists them so you can fill text fields, checkboxes, dropdowns and radio groups, and optionally flatten the result before you send it. Buttons, digital-signature fields and XFA forms are not supported and stay as they are.
The result is an image of your signature on the page: no certificate, trusted timestamp or signer verification. If an agency or counterparty needs a certified digital signature, use their official channel or an accredited provider. See the FAQ below.

It is a visual signature image: this tool places a drawn, typed or uploaded picture of your signature on a PDF page. It is not a certificate-based digital signature. It does not verify who signed, adds no trusted timestamp, and cannot show whether the file was changed afterwards. Thailand’s Electronic Transactions Act recognises electronic signatures under conditions set by the law, but if a counterparty or agency requires a certified digital signature, or the document is important (a land contract or a government form, for example), use that agency’s official channel or an accredited certificate provider, and take legal advice where needed.
No. Opening pages, placing items and building the new PDF all run in your browser. The only thing requested from the server is the Thai font file that belongs to this site; none of your file, signature or text is sent. Saved signatures (a Pro feature) stay on this device.
If the PDF has AcroForm fields, the tool lists them and lets you fill text fields, checkboxes, dropdowns and radio groups, with an optional flatten so the values become part of the page. Push buttons, digital-signature fields, multi-select list boxes and XFA forms are not supported; those fields stay in the file unchanged. If the PDF has no fields, use the Text tool to type onto the page.
Thai text is set in an embedded Noto Sans Thai font with vowels and tone marks positioned by the font. Characters the font lacks, such as emoji or Chinese, print as an empty box and you get a warning. One PDF at a time, up to 10 MB and 200 pages; password-protected files are rejected; up to 200 placed items. If the file already has a digital signature, saving a new copy invalidates it.
