What should a payslip show?
The employer and employee names, pay period, pay date, each earning (salary, overtime ...), each deduction (social security, withholding tax ...) and net pay. Thai labour law requires wage payment records signed by the employee and kept for at least 2 years; this slip has lines for the payer and the receiver to sign.
How are social security and tax filled in?
Press the fill button: it takes the month’s total pay, deducts 5% social security within that month’s ceiling (17,500 baht from 2026) and works out tax by yearly projection with the personal allowance only. If the employee has other allowances, use the net salary calculator and edit the figure.
Why two copies on one page?
The top half is the employee’s copy and the bottom half the company’s, for the employee to sign as a receipt. Print on A4 and cut along the dashed line, or choose one copy per page.
Is employee data uploaded?
No. Names, pay and account numbers stay in your browser and the PDF is made on your device; the site only loads the Thai font files.
Can I make the slip in English?
Yes. Set the slip language to English: headings, month names and the amount in words are in English; item names print as you typed them.
