Does it work with Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop orders?
It is not meant for them. Those marketplaces generate their own courier labels with a tracking number and a courier-scannable barcode. This tool is for sellers who take orders on Facebook, LINE, Instagram or their own site and ship by themselves, for example dropping parcels at Thailand Post, Flash, Kerry or J&T. You print a label from the address the customer sent and stick it on the box.
Is the barcode on the label a courier tracking number?
No. The Code 128 barcode, and the optional QR, contain only your own shop order number, so you can scan or look up the order in your own system. The tool does not book a shipment or issue a tracking number from Thailand Post, Flash, Kerry or J&T, and it does not calculate shipping fees. The courier issues its own tracking number and sticker when it accepts the parcel. The label says so in print (“order number of the shop, not a tracking number”), and a courier scanner may not read this barcode.
Are my customers’ addresses uploaded (PDPA)?
No. Customer names, phone numbers and addresses are personal data, so everything happens in your browser: pasting, splitting the address into subdistrict, district and province, reading the Excel or CSV file, and building the PDF. The only things requested from our server are the tool itself, the Thai font and the subdistrict/district/province/postcode directory, all files of this site. Usage statistics, where enabled, contain no names, phones or addresses. Customer data is not saved on the device either: reloading the page clears the table (the browser warns first). Only your own sender details are remembered in this browser, and a button on the page removes them.
Which printers and sizes are supported, and how should I print?
Every PDF page is exactly 100×150 mm (4×6 in), for thermal label printers of that size such as Xprinter, TSC, Zebra, Brother or any printer that accepts a 100×150 paper size. You can also choose 100×100 or 100×75 mm. Without a thermal printer, choose A4 with 4 or 2 labels per sheet (dashed cut lines) and print on an inkjet or laser printer. When printing, choose “Actual size / 100%”, turn off fit-to-page and set margins to none. If the print is offset, check the paper size in the driver and calibrate the printer. Labels are pure black on white with no coloured background and keep a safe margin of about 3 mm.
How does pasting an address from a chat work, and how accurate is it?
Paste text such as “สมชาย ใจดี 0812345678 99/1 ม.3 ต.บางพูด อ.ปากเกร็ด นนทบุรี 11120” and the tool splits it into name, phone, address line, subdistrict/khwaeng, district/khet, province and postcode, using text patterns together with a Thai address directory bundled with the page. If the postcode is missing it is filled in when the subdistrict and district are clear. Paste several addresses at once by separating them with a blank line. The result is a suggestion: always check it in the table before making the PDF. Addresses written in English, recently renamed areas or heavily misspelled text may not split and need a manual fix.
How do I make labels for many orders from Excel?
Download the .xlsx template (or a .csv). It has Thai headers, an example row and a “วิธีกรอก” (how to fill) sheet. Fill in order number, name, phone, address, postcode, items (for example เสื้อ M x2; กางเกง L x1) and the COD amount, then upload it. A review table highlights missing names, phones or addresses, phones that are not 9-10 digits and postcodes that do not match the province. Edit cells in the table or skip rows. You then get one PDF with one label per page in row order, and optionally a packing list with the total quantity of every item across all orders. .xlsx and .csv are supported (UTF-8, or TIS-620 from Thai Excel, and Google Sheets exports); old .xls files are not.
What is free, and what does Pro add?
Everything works for free: the single-label form, pasting addresses and uploading a sheet, with no watermark and no account. The limit is 20 labels per PDF, and one sender profile is remembered in this browser. iToolers Pro raises it to 500 labels per PDF, keeps up to 5 sender profiles with a shop logo printed on the label, and saves up to 10 label setting presets (paper size, barcode options, fragile icons). All of it is stored on this device only.
Can I print a COD amount, the date and special handling notes?
Yes. With a COD amount the label gets a large, high-contrast box reading “เก็บเงินปลายทาง ฿x,xxx.xx”. Without COD you can print “ชำระแล้ว” (paid) instead. You can add the courier name, weight, the date (Buddhist Era by default, or Gregorian), a note, and handling icons for fragile, do not throw and keep dry. An item list that is too long is cut to “+N items” and the full list is on the packing list. The COD amount is only printed text: nothing is collected and no payment system is connected.
