This is not a Revenue Department printed form. It is a payer-issued certificate that carries the items of the form the Director-General prescribes (section 50 bis). You are responsible for the data, the tax rates and for remitting the tax. Filing PND.3 / PND.53 and other returns is a separate step.

1. Certificate

Which return the tax is reported on
PND.53 = paid to a company, PND.3 = paid to an individual (check against your income type).

2. Payer (withholding agent)

Payer signature (optional; draw with a finger or mouse)
You can leave it blank, print it and sign or stamp by hand.

3. Payee (tax withheld from)

4. Payments and tax withheld

Add a payment from a common rate (every rate stays editable)

These rates are suggestions only. The right rate depends on who is paid (individual, company, foundation, non-resident), the income type and the Revenue Department’s current orders. Verify the current rate before you rely on it.

Payment 1

Total paid 0.00 THB · total tax 0.00 THB (ศูนย์บาทถ้วน)

5. Fund contributions (if any) and copies

Two copies go to the payee (copy 1 and 2); keep a file copy for yourself.

Free 50 Tawi withholding tax certificates, no account needed

Section 50 bis withholding tax certificate with every item of the form

Need a 50 Tawi online? This tool lays out the items of the withholding tax certificate: payer and payee with 13-digit IDs, the row number and which return (PND.1Kor, 1Kor special, 2, 3, 2Kor, 3Kor, 53), the income types under section 40(1) to (8) and section 3 tredecim, date paid, amount, tax withheld, the total tax in baht text, fund contributions, the payer option, signature and the date in the Buddhist year. You get an A4 PDF with copy 1 (to attach to the return) and copy 2 (kept as evidence).

Not the printed official form, and it files nothing

The Revenue Department requires a certificate to contain at least the text of the prescribed form, so every item is kept. It is not the printed Revenue Department form and is not endorsed by it, and it does not file or remit any tax. Filing PND.3 / PND.53 is a separate duty of yours. You are responsible for the data and the tax rates.

Common rates and satang maths

Pick a common rate such as services 3%, rent 5%, advertising 2% or transport 1%, then edit anything. Tax is calculated in whole satang and rounded half up, with links to the Revenue Department sources. Verify the current rate before you rely on it.

Save payers, payees and numbering (Pro)

Everything works free. iToolers Pro adds 3 payer profiles with signature, 100 payees, automatic certificate and row numbers and a 100-certificate history to duplicate, all kept on this device only. See iToolers Pro

Frequently asked questions

Is this the Revenue Department’s official form?

No. This tool makes a withholding tax certificate in the payer’s own format, laying out the items of the section 50 bis (มาตรา 50 ทวิ) certificate form the Director-General prescribes. The Revenue Department says the payer must issue the payee two copies with identical content that contain "at least the text of the form" the Director-General prescribes (copy 1 to attach to the return, copy 2 kept as evidence), so every item is kept. It is not a printed Revenue Department form and is not endorsed by the department. You are responsible for its correctness. If unsure, ask an accountant or the Revenue Department.

Do I still have to file PND.3 or PND.53 after issuing a 50 Tawi?

Yes. The certificate is only the evidence the payer gives the payee. It does not file a return and does not pay the tax. The payer must still file the return and remit the tax withheld (for example PND.3 for individuals and PND.53 for companies) by the Revenue Department’s deadlines. This tool files nothing, does not connect to the Revenue Department and does not check that you have filed. The "row number in the form" only helps you match your own return.

Are the suggested withholding rates right?

They are suggestions, and every one is editable: services 3%, rent 5%, advertising 2%, transport 1%, prizes 5%, professional fees 3% and dividends 10%. The correct rate depends on who is paid (individual, company, foundation, non-resident), the income type, exemptions and the Revenue Department’s orders in force at the time, including any temporary measures. Before you rely on a rate, check the current withholding-tax manual and order Tor.Por.4/2528 linked in the tool, and never withhold less than the law requires.

How are tax and baht text calculated, and is my data uploaded?

Each row’s tax is amount x rate, calculated in whole satang and rounded half up. The totals are the sums of the rows’ satang, and the total tax is written in baht text (for example หนึ่งพันสามร้อยบาทถ้วน). You can type over the tax on any row. Names, addresses, tax IDs and the signature are processed in your browser and the PDF is built on your device; nothing is uploaded. The tax ID gets a checksum check that only warns and never blocks the document.

What is free, and what does Pro add?

Making and downloading the certificate is fully free: copy 1 and 2 (plus an optional file copy), no watermark, no account, one certificate at a time, and free users store nothing on the device. iToolers Pro adds on-device memory only: 3 payer profiles with signature, 100 saved payees, automatic certificate and row numbers, and a history of 100 certificates to duplicate. A DC03 seller profile can also be reused as the payer.
